SCHEDULE

The schedule will feature invigorating yoga sessions, restorative, gentle, and yin yoga practices, meditation, and yoga nidra. There will be free time to enjoy nature and water activities like paddleboarding or kayaking, reading, crafting, journaling, self-reflection, spending time with friends, and relaxing by the lake next to a cozy fire. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, this retreat is designed to cater to all levels, providing a safe and welcoming space for personal growth and rejuvenation. The tranquil setting and holistic approach will leave you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and inspired as you embark on your wellness journey.

MEALS

Home-cooked meals are included during your stay, with three meals provided daily: a light breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Fresh fruits, vegetables, and other nutritious snacks will also be available for you to enjoy. Kindly inform us of any food sensitivities, preferences, or restrictions so we can cater to your needs accordingly.

The cost includes two nights of accommodation (Friday to Sunday), meals, all yoga and other classes, as well as access to paddleboards and kayaks.
