A weekend Yoga Retreat

Join Lika Elwood for a nourishing weekend of yoga while enjoying the beauty and grace of the Blue Ridge Mountains near Harpers Ferry.

Yoga, intention setting, vision boarding, meditation, breath work, hiking, nutritious yummy food and more. A delicious collection of work and rest to help you manifest your innermost hopes and desires.

Relax, rejuvenate, and reconnect with yourself and the world around you. Winter is the perfect time to let go and set the intentions for the year ahead.

Whether you are new to yoga or have been participating for years, you’ll be welcome here. Relax, breathe and enjoy!

COST

Shared room for 3-4 people $575/per person

Share room for 2 people: $625/per person

Single room: $725/per person (2 rooms left)

All rooms have shared bathrooms.

We offer $75 off for our returning guests and our former YTT graduates.

To reserve you spot, pay $295 deposit via Venmo (@likadc) and/or Zelle (571-241-2850). All the payments are due by Dec 15th, 2024.

7:45pm Candlelight Yin & Restore Yoga

Sunday

9am Stretch & Meditation

10:30am Vinyasa Flow/Closing Practice

12pm Lunch & Check Out

 FOOD

Delicious, home-cooked, organic, gluten free meals are offered with meat, fish and dairy on the side so they are vegan and/or vegetarian friendly.

 MASSAGES

Cost: $85 for a 60 min session with a massage therapist (and the owner of Blue Mountain Retreat Center) Beth Ehrhardt.

Sign-ups will be available at the arrival at the retreat center.
