Unwind, stretch out with yoga, and rediscover your zen amidst nature's beauty at the gorgeous eco-friendly Blue Mountain Retreat Center.
Get ready for a retreat filled with Yoga, Meditation, Breath Work, Paddleboarding, SUP yoga, Zumba, Yoga Sculpt, delicious food, arts and crafts, fun activities, and a whole lot more!
Don't worry about drowning in the sea of classes or feeling like you've got zero "me time." We're not here to drown you in a tsunami of zen and downward dogs, but to simply offer you options for you to cherry-pick from. You don't need to take every single class; just choose the ones that spark joy in your soul. This retreat is all about you, so take what vibes with your mood this weekend and leave the rest behind. Whether it's diving into a book, chilling with friends, taking a walk, or striking a yoga pose, the choice is yours to make!
Cost
The cost covers accommodations for Friday and Saturday nights, all meals, as well as all yoga and SUP (paddleboarding) sessions and activities.
Register now to reserve your spot! A $295 non refundable deposit secures your spot. Full payment is due by June 15th 2025. Payments are not refundable but can be transferred to future retreats (with a $175 transfer fee) or to another person (without any additional charges). We host 4-5 retreats annually in locations such as the DC area, South Carolina, and abroad.
All the rooms have shared bathrooms in the hallway.

All are welcome! Feel free to join in activities as much or as little as you wish. Enjoy leisure time in nature, reading, practicing yoga, paddleboarding, hiking, crafting and more.
Yoga
The schedule will include energizing flow yoga sessions and morning meditation with gentle stretching, along with relaxing restorative, gentle yin yoga, and yoga nidra sessions in the evenings. Additionally, we will introduce Yoga Sculpt classes (incorporating weights) and Dance Fitness sessions.
This retreat is suitable for students of all levels and abilities. No yoga experience is necessary or required.

FOOD
Delicious, home-cooked, organic, meals are gluten free and vegan/vegetarian friendly. We offer lunches and dinners. Breakfasts are self served (we provide eggs, yogurt, bread, granola, fruits, peanut butter etc for you to use)
RIVER TIME
We will have several SUPs (paddleboards) to ride. Feel free to bring your own if you have one. We will be in a close proximity to Potomac River and a short 7-10 min drive from a launch spot. We can go as a group together or you can go before/after on your own. The life jackets will be provided.
If you are not into water sports, you could explore the Maryland Heights Hike with its gorgeous view or hit Harpers Ferry downtown for some shopping and a beautiful walk or sit in a cafe.
In addition to being an incredibly fun outdoor water activity, stand up paddleboarding also offer a wide array of impressive health benefits (full body workout, increases balance, strengthen new muscles, relieves stress brings a sense of wellbeing)
If you’re a newbie to yoga and/or stand-up paddling, rest assured we will all be introduced to proper and safe paddle techniques including how to hold the paddle, stop, turn, and how to best maneuver the board to create a comfortable experience for everyone. With a focus on core, this all-levels SUP Yoga Class will offer lots of variations suitable for beginners and regular practitioners alike.
Paddleboards, paddles, and life jackets are provided for all participants. All participants must wear a life jacket or have a life jacket on their paddleboard.
Tips and Requirements: Please wear proper clothing for weather and water, bring/wear sun protection (hat, sunscreen, sunglasses), bring water, bug spray, extra dry clothes, and a towel.
HIKE
You have the opportunity to join a hike at the nearby Maryland Heights.
It is a 6.5-mile loop trail near Harpers Ferry, West Virginia. Generally considered a challenging route, it takes an average of 3 h 28 min to complete. This is a very popular area for birding, hiking, and running, so you'll likely encounter other people while exploring. It gets very busy! The trail is open year-round and is beautiful to visit anytime. Please wear appropriate hiking shoes and bring water with you.
