All yoga classes are 60 minutes unless noted otherwise.

 

Sunday

9 am Power Flow (extendYoga, online)

Strong energizing flow to awaken your strength, energy, and mobility while connecting breath to the movement. Options of arm balances, challenging transitions and inversions are offered but can be skipped/modified. For All Levels.

1pm Gentle Yoga (the Happy Yogi, online)

A slower paced flow that inckudes breath work, guided meditation and relaxation. For All Levels.


Monday

5:30pm Vinyasa Flow (in person)

Our Flow yoga classes tend to be a mixture of meditation, breath-work and energizing movement. They usually begin with gentler movements to warm up the body, then move into progressively more challenging flowing sequences. These may include standing poses, balances, inversions and peak poses.

Tuesday

8am Deep Stretch & GentleYoga (at North Charleston Aquatic Center, in person)

Deep stretch yoga classes provide simple yoga postures and exercises designed to help your body alleviate tension and stress while enhancing flexibility and relaxation. Incorporating these classes into your routine will elevate your energy levels and promote balance.

Community Class. $10 drop in. For All Levels.

1pm Flow and Let Go (extendYoga, online)

In this slower pace Flow class you will synchronize breath with intentional and strategic movement with the longer holds at the beginning and/or the end of the class, that's the "let go" part (restorative/yin and other relaxing postures). For All Levels.


WEDNESDAY

9:30pm Yoga Sculpt (the Happy Yogi, online)

Yoga sculpt is typically a form of a yoga class that includes hand weights, cardio moves, and additional strength exercises built into the yoga sequence. We recommend using 1-6 lbs. hand weights.

5:30pm Vinyasa Flow (in person)

Community Class. $10 drop in.

Intentional blend of meditation, breath-work and energizing movement. They usually begin with gentler movements to warm up the body, then move into progressively more challenging flowing sequences. These may include standing poses, balances, inversions and peak poses.

Thursday

8am Yin & Restore (at North Charleston Aquatic Center, in person)

Community Class. $10 drop in.

A Yin and Restore class typically begins with breath-work and centering, followed by a slow flow of yin-style deep stretches, held for 2-5 minutes. The class also includes prop-supported restorative postures for deeper physical relaxation and a guided meditation to promote calm and clarity. Yin Yoga involves holding postures that put positive stress on the connective tissue, ligaments and joints while Restorative Yoga focuses on prolonged rest and support

Friday

10am Vinyasa Flow (Simon Says Yoga, online)

Mindful flow to awaken your strength, energy, and mobility while connecting breath to the movement. For All Levels.
