~I teach weekly yoga classes (online and in-studio) to students of all levels, backgrounds and ages, who want to get:

* stronger

*more mobile (more open/flexible)

*less stressed/anxious

*more relaxed

*more at ease in their body, mind and breath

*more body aware and safe in their practice

I encourage my students to try new, unconventional poses/transitions and to modify/amplify their practice to their own needs and desires.
