With over 15 years of experience teaching yoga in countless settings (yoga studios, gyms, health facilities, public schools, corporate offices and many more) and with students of different backgrounds and ages, I strive to teach with equality, diversity and inclusiveness in mind.
I am here to hold a space for you to move, breathe and be still and to support you with a warm smile along the way.
I am a passionate yogi and a life loving human who makes mistakes and learns from them (sometimes).
I am a lucky mom to two vibrant opinionated boys (oh boy!), a demanding wife and a caring supportive friend.
I am an animal enthusiast and the proud mom of two playful rescue pets: Sadie, a Black Lab mix, and Reis, a Boston Terrier. (They are absolutely adorable!)
While I might not have all the answers and occasionally struggle with my temper, yoga has greatly helped to shift to a better-balanced life while boosting my laughter and happiness. It genuinely makes a positive impact!
