WHO I AM

Movement, breath, and community make me feel alive!

With over 10 years of experience teaching yoga in countless settings (yoga studios, gyms, health facilities, public schools, corporate offices and many more) and with students of different backgrounds and ages, I strive to teach with equality, diversity and inclusiveness in mind.

I am here to hold a space for you to move, breathe and be still and to support you with a warm smile along the way.

I am a passionate yogi and a life loving human who makes mistakes and learns from them (sometimes).

I am a lucky mom to two vibrant opinionated boys (oh boy!), a demanding wife and a caring supportive friend.

I am an animal lover and the proud mama of Bonny, a French Bulldog and Morgan, a Boston Terrier. (they are so cute!).

I don’t have it all figured out and I still lose my temper/cool at times, but with yoga, there is much less anger with much more laughter and joy. Yoga truly helps!
