All yoga classes are 60 minutes, all SUP Yoga classes are 2 hours.
Tuesday
9:15am Yin Yoga (at RiverBluff Church, in person)
Community Class. $10 drop in. For All Levels.
1pm Flow and Let Go (extendYoga, online)
In this slower pace Flow class you will synchronize breath with intentional and strategic movement with the longer holds at the beginning and/or the end of the class, that's the "let go" part (restorative/yin and other relaxing postures). For All Levels.
WEDNESDAY
9:30pm Vinyasa Flow (the Happy Yogi, online)
Intentionally build sequence to work on a specific body part or area while connecting breath to the movement. For All Levels.
Thursday
9:15am Sculpt Yoga (at RiverBluff Church, in person)
Community Class. $10 drop in. For All Levels.
Friday
10am Vinyasa Flow (Simon Says Yoga, online)
Mindful flow to awaken your strength, energy, and mobility while connecting breath to the movement. For All Levels.
Saturday
A combination of Yoga and Paddleboarding. It challenges a practitioner to find another level of balance and focus the mind, all while floating atop the water. We will explore familiar poses on the board, flowing mindfully and ending with a blissful relaxation pose-savasana under the skies. For All Levels.
Sunday
9 am Power Flow (extendYoga, online)
Strong energizing flow to awaken your strength, energy, and mobility while connecting breath to the movement. Options of arm balances, challenging transitions and inversions are offered but can be skipped/modified. For All Levels.
1pm Gentle Yoga (the Happy Yogi, online)
A slower paced flow that inckudes breath work, guided meditation and relaxation. For All Levels.
4pm SUP Yoga Shem Creek (per group request only)
A combination of Yoga and Paddleboarding. It challenges a practitioner to find another level of balance and focus the mind, all while floating atop the water. For All Levels.
