Yin & Restore
Yin and Restorative class offers a gentle yoga experience that nurtures both the body and mind. This practice blends yin and restorative yoga to encourage tranquility and serenity, harmony, and the flow of energy. Yin focuses on compressing ligaments and joints to release fascia, whereas restorative yoga is entirely passive and free of stress. Both practices feature extended hold poses lasting 3 to 5 minutes or longer, and they encourage the use of props like blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps.
